I had accidentally provided the wrong address, what should I do?

If you had provided us with the wrong address, please email our support team immediately with the correct address and your order number. You may also forward a copy of your order confirmation receipt to us along with the aforementioned articles.

Orders that have already been shipped out (usually within 24 hours) will not be eligible for a refund. This protocol is in place due to our anti-fraud measures and prevent abuse to our system.
