If you would like to make changes to your order, you may email our support team with the changes you would like to make. However, do take note that this is only applicable if you had made the order within the past 24 hours.
Please forward a copy of your order confirmation receipt to our customer support team along with the changes you'd like to make within 24 hours.
Orders that have already been sent out (usually within 24 hours) will not be eligible for changes. This protocol is in place due to our anti-fraud measures and prevent abuse to our system.
