Refunds and reshipment for the following scenarios are accepted:
- Wrong item received (Reshipment only)
- Minor Damages due to shipping carrier
- Major Damages due to shipping carrier
If the reason for your refund or return falls under the above categories, please send our support team a copy of your order confirmation receipt together with a picture taken of the product.
