Refunds & Reshipments eligibility

Refunds and reshipment for the following scenarios are accepted:

  • Wrong item received (Reshipment only)
  • Minor Damages due to shipping carrier
  • Major Damages due to shipping carrier

If the reason for your refund or return falls under the above categories, please send our support team a copy of your order confirmation receipt together with a picture taken of the product. Our support team will follow up with instructions to guide you along with your request and ensure a seamless experience on your end.
