Why have I not received my refund?

Refunds may take from 3 to 7 business days to be credited back into your account. This is due to how each bank conducts their cross-border transaction policies.
If you have not received your funds longer than the aforementioned duration, please contact your local bank with the details of your order and check if the refund is on hold before contacting our customer support.
This ensures convenience on your end as our organization issues refunds immediately upon closing a refund request. Any form of delay is most likely due to bank processing times.
